Sinpaþ GYO at mipim 2009, Cannes

Sinpaþ GYO is participating in "Mipim 2009", the most prestigious real estate exposition in the world, held in Cannes, the festival city of France.
In this trade show that serves as a gathering platform for the professionals, Sinpaþ GYO will be presenting the new phases of the Bosphorus City project, which was designed as "Istanbul's second Bosphorus" and the "charming water civilization, Ottoman'S" project realized in Bursa, which will be offered for sale.
Sinpaþ Real Estate Investment Company (Sinpaþ GYO), the largest residential developer of Turkey listed in the Istanbul Stock Exchange will be participating in MIPIM on March 10 - 13, 2009 with Bosphorus City, the first themed residential project in Turkey, and the Ottoman'S project realized in Bursa.

With Bosphorus City, which is the Turkey's first themed residential project, Sinpaþ GYO is moving the world renown Bosphorus of Istanbul to another district of Istanbul, Küçükçekmece-Halkalý, where the beauty of Bosphorus is re-interpreted with modern and traditional architecture together.
The 26,000 square meter project consists of the 720 meter long Bosphorus, the famous Bosphorus Bridge and the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, many of the Bosphorus districts and squares such as Ortaköy Meydaný, Beylerbeyi, Kanlýca and Yeniköy, and luxury housing units boasting impressive view of Bosphorus. The project, where one third of land areas are reserved for landscaped areas consists of water-front villas, manors, water-front apartments and residence towers as well as many social and sports areas such as café-restaurants, dance halls, open air and indoor swimming pools, sports complexes, miniature golf field, massage rooms, and a health club.
The access relations- and location-wise value of Bosphorus City necessitated the handling of the area at a city scale. Therefore, in the detailed framework prepared by Sinpaþ GYO, with the contributions of the local authorities, city planners of Wergemeinschaft Freiraum and Albert Speers & Partners Gmbh took all outfitting areas of the region as a whole and developed a city scale approach.
In Bosphorus City, which combines modern and traditional architecture while reflecting the architectural values of Bosphorus of Istanbul that is unique in the world, there are 63 residence types of different architectural styles. With the Ottoman'S project, Sinpaþ GYO once again makes this city the meeting point of civilizations. With this residential project, which is being constructed, Bursa is taking the first steps towards a new culture of living; the sale of second stage of the project has begun.
