Capital Markets Board of Turkey requires public companies to pay minimum 20% of the net profits in cash or as bonus shares. This regulation applies also to Sinpas REIC.
After being approved by the general assembly, TL19,2m. cash dividends were distributed for 2008. Going forward we plan to distribute minimum 20% of our net profits in cash.
